3. The maximum payout shall be 10,000,000 Kshs on any given ticket.

4. The minimum withdrawal amount is 50 Kshs. Please note that additional carrier fees apply when processing withdrawal requests to your account.

5. A bet is not valid until a transaction code has been issued by Betin Kenya prior to the betting event. All bets that have not been confirmed before the start of the betting event by the issuance of a code will be considered void. The printing of a bet that has not yet been confirmed by Betin Kenya will not be considered as a valid receipt. Betin Kenya only recognizes bets that appear as confirmed on the bet list of the betting account. Bets which do not directly appear on Betin Kenya 's files or records are not valid. If you are unsure about the validity of a bet please check your Account or contact our Customer Service.

6. It is up to the Customer to verify that the number of bets placed and the amount staked are coherent with his will before confirming the bet. Once confirmed the bet cannot be changed or cancelled by the Customer. All odds are subject to possible changes. The official odds are those indicated by Betin Kenya in the bet receipt.

7. Betin Kenya has the right to refuse, accept or partially accept the bet amount. Furthermore Betin Kenya has the right to void all accepted bets before the betting event begins without any explanation. In such cases a communication informing the client of the cancellation of the bet will be sent to the client's registered email address or a private message will be sent to the User's betting account. In case of irregularities impacting upon the outcome of a betting event (e.g. team playing with youth squad because of strike/protest/illness etc.) Betin Kenya has the right to declare the whole betting event void even after its termination.

8. It is possible to place single as well as multiple bets. Multiple bets which combine different selections within the same event or within different events are not accepted if the outcome of one affects or is affected by the outcome of the other, unless special odds are offered for the combined eventuality. Where such a bet is accidentally accepted, because of human or technical error, Betin Kenya reserves the right to void part of or the whole of the bet.Combined bets - Normally, combination bets are created according to the 'x/y' type, in which case the appropriate number of combinations will be created, with the amount of money being assigned to each combination separately. If, for example, you enter the amount of 100 Kshs for the combination bet of the '5/6' type, there will be a total of 600 Kshs  placed (6 combinations, 100 Kshs each). It is also possible to bet on different game types regarding related betting events in the same combination bet. However, since it is not permitted to create multiple bets referring to related betting events, only the allowed number of combinations will be created in this case, with the entered amount of money being distributed to each of these combinations. It is the responsibility of the client to check if the number of combinations and the total amount of money staked corresponds with what he/she wants to bet before confirming the bet.  Once the bet is confirmed, it can not be cancelled by the customer.

9. Betin Kenya has the right to limit the maximum potential winning by bet, or by combination within a bet. If a Customer exceeds these limits, he/she will be warned about it prior to the bet confirmation by an on-screen warning within the bet slip. If the Customer confirms it anyway, he/she will lose the right to collect the winnings which are over and above the set limit. The valid potential winnings are those displayed in the actual bet within the Customer's bet list.

10. All the information, dates and timings published by Betin Kenya are purely indicative. If the time or date of a betting event is brought forward, all bets placed before the beginning of the event and confirmed by Betin Kenya shall be considered valid, whereas bets placed after will be considered void. In case of multiple bets only the selection involved will be voided. In such circumstances the multiple bet remains valid even if the minimum number of betting events required was not respected.

11. Unless otherwise stated in the Sport Betting Rules for certain sports/bet typologies, whenever an event is officially postponed, all the related bets will remain valid if the event takes place and is completed within midnight (EAT) of the day following the date originally set for the match. 14. The team/player displayed on the left side is considered to be the home team/player and the one displayed to the right is considered to be playing away. If a match takes place in a neutral venue, the "n" mark or the name of the venue may be displayed and the displaying order of the teams/players will be irrelevant. If a home team, for whatsoever reason chooses to play on some venue other than their official one, it will be still considered as the home team and no "n" sign will be necessary. Finally, for some competitions, for logistical reasons, not always the team that first appears in the match plays on his home pitch (Country) but it could happen (check the official competition web site) that the match is played in another pitch and in these cases it is not necessary to insert the sign"n" in the match details.

15. Unless otherwise stated in the Sport Betting Rules for certain sports/bet typologies, the outcome of a bet is based on the result achieved on the game field. Following decisions taken by disciplinary, sports or legal bodies and affecting or amending the result achieved on the game field will not be taken into consideration.

16. In the event of equal position/result of two or more competitors, the winnings will be computed dividing the original odds accepted by the number of competitors that share the same result. 17. All Void events will be validated by 12:00 a.m. (EAT) on the day following the validation of the result.

23. In the event of any dispute the Customer agrees that the records of our server shall act as the final authority in determining the outcome of any claim.

24. Additional or new markets may be made available by Betin Kenya from time to time. It is the responsibility of the Customer to read the "Market Rules" applicable before placing any bets.

Market Types - Over/Under

Over/Under (spread).
You have to predict if the total number of goals scored during the entire match will be over or under the spread indicated.
Depending on the spread proposed it is possible to make a distinction between "Classic Over/Under" (0.5, 1.5, 2.5, 3.5 and 4.5), "Integer Over/Under" (1, 2, 3 and 4) and "Fractional Over/Under" (0.25, 0.75, 1.25, 1.75, 2.25, 2.75, 3.25, 3.75, 4.25 and 4.75).

"Classic Over/Under" (0.5, 1.5, 2.5, 3.5 and 4.5). If the amount of goals scored is lower than the spread the winning selection is "Under". If the amount of goals scored is higher than the spread the winning selection is "Over".
"Integer Over/Under" (1, 2, 3 and 4). If the amount of goals scored is lower than the spread the winning selection is "Under". If the amount of goals scored is higher than the spread the winning selection is "Over". If the amount of goals scored coincides with the spread the stake is refunded.

"Fractional Over/Under" (0.25, 0.75, 1.25, 1.75, 2.25, 2.75, 3.25, 3.75, 4.25 and 4.75). The spread is split in two spreads, the first obtained adding 0.25 and the second obtained taking away 0.25. Consequently there are two forecasts, each with a stake of half the total amount wagered.
Example:
Milan - Fiorentina; Over 0,75; Odd: 1.3; Stake: 100 Kshs
The two forecasts are:
1st: "Over 0.75" - 0.25 = "Over 0.50" with 50 Kshs bet on it.
2nd: "Over 0.75" + 0.25 = "Over 1" with 50 Kshs bet on it.
If no goals are scored both forecasts are wrong and the bet is lost.
If one goal is scored the forecast "Over 0.5" is correct and paid according to the related odd [50*1.3], while the forecast "Over 1" is refunded because the spread coincides with the amount of goals.
If 2 or more goals are scored both the forecast are correct and paid according to the related odd [(50*1.3) + (50*1.3)].

Depending on the spread proposed it is possible to make a distinction between "Classic Asian Handicap" (+/- 0.5, 1.5, 2.5 and 3.5), "Integer Asian Handicap" (+/- 1, 2, 3 and 4) and "Fractional Asian Handicap" (+/- 0.25, 0.75, 1.25, 1.75, 2.25, 2.75, 3.25 and 3.75).
"Classic Asian Handicap" (+/- 0.5, 1.5, 2.5 and 3.5).
You have to predict the outcome of the entire match considering the handicap (spread) specified in the selection. The spread can be positive or negative and is ALWAYS assigned to the HOME team; the spread is therefore added to or subtracted from the score of the home team. The handicap is displayed as follows: Example for a NEGATIVE spread: (H. -0.50). Example for a POSITIVE spread: (H.0.50).
"Integer Asian Handicap" (+/- 1, 2, 3 and 4).
You have to predict the outcome of the entire match considering the handicap (spread) specified in the selection. The spread can be POSITIVE (e.g. (H. 1.00)) or NEGATIVE (e.g. (H. -1.00)) and is ALWAYS assigned to the HOME team. If by adding or subtracting the spread from the score of the HOME team the match ends in a draw, the stake is refunded.
"Fractional Asian Handicap" (+/- 0.25, 0.75, 1.25, 1.75, 2.25, 2.75, 3.25 and 3.75).
You have to predict the outcome of the entire match considering the handicap (spread) specified in the selection.
The handicap, whether positive or negative will always be assigned to the home team.
When the handicap is negative (for example -1), a goal is subtracted from the home team.
When the handicap is positive (for example 1), a goal is added to the home team.
Consequently there are two forecasts, each with a stake of half the total amount wagered. If both the forecasts are wrong the entire amount staked is lost. If both the forecasts are correct the bet is winning for the entire amount staked. If considering one of the two spreads the match ends in a draw and considering the second spread the bet is won, the bet will be won with half the amount staked, while the other half will be refunded. If considering one of the two spreads the match ends in a draw and considering the second spread the bet is lost, half of the stake is refunded, while the other half is lost.
Example:
Spain - Switzerland; 1 AH (-1.25); Odd: 1.4; Stake: 100 Kshs
The two forecasts are:
1st: "-1.25" - 0.25 = "1 AH (-1.5)" with 50 Kshs bet on it.
2nd: "-1.25" + 0.25 = "1 AH (-1)" with 50 Kshs bet on it.
- If Spain wins with a margin of two goals (2-0, 3-1, 4-2, etc.) => the bet is won.
- If Spain wins with a margin of one goal (1-0, 2-1, 3-2, etc.) => Half of the stake is lost, because considering the spread -1.5 the bet is lost, while considering the spread -1 the match ends in a draw and therefore the other half of the stake is refunded.
- If the match ends in a draw or Spain loses => the bet is lost.
